That's Malcolm Harris who lives in Finedon. I guess he's promoting it because it's part of the village's Jubilee celebrations. No problem with that. ;)

I agree. Did some work for him on his house on Wellingborough Road and also for his business when he owned Carrington Bearings in K*ttering.
