Re: Bugbrooke Game Switched
From a travelling point of view it is for me too, I'd rather have a gentle drive on a Saturday then a mad rush in the dark on midweek day - however, we lose a lucrative Saturday match, we won't get as many people at the D&D for a midweek game sadly so this will hit us in the pocket !!

Re: Bugbrooke Game Switched
Once again raises issues of why the FA insist on placing "phoenix" teams so far down the pyramid, particularly those that are likely to garner a big support. Obviously some teams at this level just aren't able to cope.

Re: Bugbrooke Game Switched
I'm sure the FA must have consulted the UCL to check that their step 6 teams could accommodate a reformed ex-Football League team (especially given their experiences with Wimbledon entering a league that is now at Step 5 - and their willingness to flex the rules as they did with Darlington to allow them at Step 5).
It also begs the question about what will happen if the return game is scheduled in Jan / Feb / March and gets postponed due to bad weather - will it then have to displace another of our Saturday games as it can't be rearranged in midweek?
