Hi all....
There is no doubt that fitness is the major aim of the people these days that why people normally play some sports or get exercise regularly . So Sports are essential for attaining fitness level for a long time . these also increase stamina level as well . I use to play football , basket ball and cricket when i have some time .

My fitness levels would be on par with Johnny Vegas after a harsh night out.
