Don't forget that as well as losing the rent revenue he'll have to fork out for the rates, and as we get into winter he'll need to put some kind of heating in there otherwise he'll have the problems the Diamonds had with burst pipes.

He wont wind them up, they've played their last game there I reckon. He does have a stumbling block regarding the site.

Durham City in the NPL a few seasons ago is the only one that springs to mind that could have been relegated in February, it was another Weymouth situation iirc, and they lost 36 out of 38 games, so I assume were relegated in February.
