Forgive me for going off topic here, but in May I and a work colleague called Steve Parsons are off on another of our sponsored walks in aid of Keech Hospice Care, this will be the third and final one (I'm getting too old for this lark - it hurts too much!!). This time we're planning to walk the 47 mile stretch of the North Norfolk Coastal Path between Hunstanton and Cromer.........yes Bob, with these feet ;)

We're looking for sponsors for this very worthy cause. The Hospice needs to raise £5m a year to aid patient care so every single pound raised is greatly needed. We raised over £3,200 last time, we'd love to better that with your help.

I've been totally rubbish at pushing this and with just 3 weeks and 2 days to go until I give the skin off my feet I've been simply awful at getting sponsors, about as lacklustre as my training so its gunna hurt !! :?

Thank you to everyone who sponsored me today, I took £258 in pledges - a special thank you to someone who will remain unnamed (purely because I'm not sure if he'd want to be named publicly) who made a personal sponsorship of £100 - awesome !!! Much appreciated by me personally and I know it will be by Keech Hospice

On and off line pledges stand at £2,362.00 currently, a spit away from £3k if you add on the Gift Aid - if you haven't sponsored us yet please do and help us break through the £3k barrier before we set off on Saturday morning - just 2 sleeps to go before....................pain !

£2674 in cash pledges (£2054 off-line and £620 on the Just Giving site) which with the Gift Aid (£601.50) means we'll be walking for £3274.50 !!
