Hey, I've no idea if this us true or not, i always wait for an official announcement about players. I'd personally like speculation like this kept to talking about it between mates on the terrace or over a beer rather than spread across the Internet for all to see that's all, a personal view. Footyman obviously has the ear of someone eh? I guess we'll see in time!

This would also become a very boring place if we didn't air our views wouldn't it? :)

Just think on though, as uncle Albert would have said "loose lips sink ships" ;)

Often the people telling others what they should or shouldn't say are people that know (or are able to find out) whether what they're reading is true or not. If you get my drift. ;)
Just for the record, I would never presume to tell anyone what they should or shouldn't post, but I will always reserve the right to comment and disagree with people if I think it's necessary.

As for the other comment, I wouldn't ask anyone I know about this kind of thing, and even if I were to overhear something I assure you I wouldn't run onto the Internet to let you know ;)

Your first comment in this thread was about as close to telling someone they shouldn't be saying something as is possible without actually using those precise words. ;)

Never in my life have I sign a user on a football forum shot down for posting a bit of transfer speculation but it's about par for the course on here at the moment. Anybody that doesn't toe the party line or lavish praise upon everything and everybody is given a smacked bottom by the same 3/4 users.

I disagree with you raz, I expressed an opinion,my personal opinion, if you think its ok for ex-players relatives to spread all sorts of transfer/signing rumours and maybe put things at risk for the football club we both love that's your right to do so. I think it's wrong to do that, some may call it mischievous - but I couldn't possibly comment ;)

Losing Lance ? If the way he has been treated is considered acceptable, we are not a very community spirited club. The way Starmer has treated Lance, in public, is borderline Bullying. If the manner in which to express some dissatisfaction with a player, is to humiliate him, then something is wrong with the management. This has been evident for all to see.

As I said in the match thread, you do wonder what Lance has to do to show what he is capable of.
I fear we will lose a top quality player if he leaves.

I'm sure you're aware of how serious an allegation that is Footyman but please keep the forum rules in mind when posting, especially this one - "You agree to take full responsibility for your comments, even in the case of legal proceedings as a result of your comments."

As the Club's Welfare Officer, if you, or anyone else, are concerned by any behaviour you have seen by a member of Club staff feel free to speak to or email me and I will investigate - welfare@afcdiamonds.com

That's fair enough Piggers. I think we'll have to agree to disagree on this one. ;)

The same friend who informed me that Elliot was leaving our club, and that Jack was leaving our club..
Is it possible Footyman for you to have a word with your Friend in the know and confirm if the story that was circulating round K*ttering last night has any founding.
Elliot after training with the Ploppies has failed to impress and will now be signing for K*ttering Reserves ie BPW :?:
Sure you can do this as it appears you have close contacts with some ex players.

I also laid eyes of a few very well known players last night, some of who`s teams were playing but they were not  does anyone know if movements are afoot ;)
