I wouldn't give Adam's goal to Jack, simple reason if Adam hadn't made contact with the ball it wouldn't have gone in. It would have been difficult, if not impossible, for the radio guys to see that through the melee of players but for those of us standing on the opposite side with a clear view it was obvious.
So like you say a different camera view would have made it easy. That or a spotter on thge opposit side of the pitch
