Jefferson Louis
If he wants a contract after that performance then he can. f***. Off. That was embarrassing and apart from a Tomlin wonder-strike we created absolutely nothing. Farrell worked his socks off, O'Connor worked really hard after he came on but Louis did bugger all and was completely uninterested. And (I hate to say this) JE's substitutions were bewildering, all 3 were like for like swaps and did nothing. I know Tommo can't seem to last 90 minutes but the priority was to take Louis off. Oh and I'd hate to watch Steve Evans' Crawley week in, week out, why can we never beat them?!

Re: Jefferson Louis
It was'nt the best performance, but he did come up against two giants and was feeding of scraps. Suprised Akurang was'nt introduced for or along side him!

You could have 140 years of no achievement, or twenty years of glorious victories, you decide.

Re: Jefferson Louis
Oh and the worst part was in the second half when in the box he just watched as a ball went into the air and carried on watching as it was cleared, no effort to go for the ball or pressure the defender. Such an annoying crash back down to earth after Tuesday's high. :(

He is employed by Crawley Town.
He was playing against Crawley Town.
If Rushden go up, there is no chance he will stay, hence returning to Crawley.
You could just see this attitude. You know what Steve Evans is like, a dirty cheat.

Re: Jefferson Louis
I'm sorry but that wasn't an 'off game', an off game is where you try and things don't come off, tonight what I saw was a 'can't be ****ing arsed' game from JL. Together, on their own, I think O'Connor and Farrell would've scored in that last 20 minutes. However, the fact that they were both wide on the wing and were trying to create something into the middle, to a guy that blatantly couldn't give a shit, meant that their efforts were hampered.
I'd like to see Louis dropped for Monday, get Thomas in the side, start Thomas, O'Connor and Farrell, Smith on the bench and let's pass the bastard about! We looked half decent when the fucker was on the ground, keep it that way!

Agree with everything Rob's said (especially the first sentence of the first post), apart from this
He was the best player on the pitch by an absolutely mile tonight IMO. Won every header he went up for and seems to have got his confidence back after a poor spell.Sara Pascoe wrote: O'Connor and Farrell, Smith on the bench

Just to clarify I'd like the starting attack to be O'Connor, Farrell and Thomas with Smith on the bench. No way would I want Farrell to be dropped, he's been immense for a while now.OundleDiamond wrote:Agree with everything Rob's said (especially the first sentence of the first post), apart from this
