"Alan can certainly step into his place or they could be reunited if we get Mark back on loan."
Quote from the ET. Still trying to get him but probably being realistic. He's too good for this level and us, let's just hope Power is somewhere near as good. Sounds like he could be a decent signing, but as expected another unknown really.
As for JE likes signing midfielders, well Porter signed up on Monday, before that the only "midfielders" we had on the books were Tomlin and Cousins. If he likes signing midfielders that suits me because we still need some wide men.

Re: Alan Power...
I beleive this guy is goint to be another great addition to the squad, as like already said on this thread, JE doe's know his midfielders!

Re: Alan Power...
Completely agree with that, although i though we probably had too many last season. Personally i would have liked to have seen more from Patto. as you say, we do still need a winger of some sort.Jemfy wrote:As for JE likes signing midfielders, well Porter signed up on Monday, before that the only "midfielders" we had on the books were Tomlin and Cousins. Re: Alan Power...
Some good write-ups about our new addition, could be a great signing if he does the business.
