I'd love to see the regulation that would fall under.

I believe there is a ground regulation sign outside the entrance to the South Stand at the PDB end that would, possibly, give the stewards an opportunity to prevent anyone with a vuvuzela gaining entry. ;)

They were only introduced to SA football because there was no singing/chanting/atmosphere at games. Just a lazy way to create noise, not an atmosphere.
