They were only introduced to SA football because there was no singing/chanting/atmosphere at games. Just a lazy way to create noise, not an atmosphere.

That new go compare advert just came on and i can't decide which is more annoying. We really don't need them. Fans make the atmosphere, we don't need a bloody monotone trumpet.
