I read of the problem rang the shop no trouble to get new tickets ,picked them up from the shop completely trouble free.In fact the only problem I had was listening to rude adults acting like spoilt kids abusing the shop staff for something that was neither theirs or the clubs fault

Could not of put it any different to my experience, one man was even moaning about not getting a rebate for losing the Chester game last season.

That's North Standers for you, they never see things from the club's point of view, people complaining about the Chester game has always amazed me, what do they expect the club to do when the demise of Chester is in no way our fault and the club had already lost enough money from that game as it was, without having to refund 500 or so ST holders and likewise for the Luton game, financially giving Luton two stands was the right thing to do (especially with that outrageous policing bill and we would have never filled the north stand) but North Standers just can't see it in that way. Had plenty of North Standers around me in the south stand on Saturday and once again unsurprisingly they have to moan about it, one person described it as been 'kicked out' when the situation is clearly beyond the club's control, it is unfortuantly just one of those things.

Why does everyone in the North Stand have to get tarred with the same brush everytime there is an issue regarding the North Stand?
From my experience there are plenty in the De Banke and the South Stand that are not backward in coming forward with complaints when something affects them. It is always the vocal minority that gets heard I'm afraid.

There lies the problem in this. I was in the shop on Friday and a number of North Standers came in and things were sorted with no problems.

B) your ticket in an stand that has excellent services and facilites is replaced with one of equal standards.
You have to be joking Rushdenjim - equal standards..?

Although over the last few seasons the facilities of the NS have diminished. The snack bar is only opened for 'big' games, the bar selling beer etc has been closed but the TV with SKY is still going, toilet facilities are more than just adequate (as in the SS), and the general finish and quality of the stand is of a higher grade - possibly due to the fact it was built after the SS when Max cared more about high spec than costs.

And the club wonder why it loses fans! Things will always happen from time to time which will inconvience the fans but its all about the way the club deals with. How many season ticket holders are there in the north stand? Surley they had time to try and ring them and let them know. Ever since the trust took over the ordinary fan has never seemed to be given a toss about by parts of the hierarchy of the club.
