We could still be playing now that Newport have gone off the pitch and we still wouldn't have scored. It could be worse though, you could be Lee Harper...

I just can't believe how much our team has fallen apart since last season, or even since the Grimsby game. We looked devoid of ideas going forward and there were too many individuals who didn't perform anywhere near to their ability.
Also i was completely dismayed at the amount of hoofball, it was just constant. I thought we had left the bad old days of Hope and Gulliver behind.
Today was a massive reality check for me personally, because Newport were appalling.

How their Number 11 stayed on I don't know..
If I was ref he would have had 3 yellow cards and 1 straight red for the elbowing, and he did'nt get anything. Oh, and another yellow for how long it took him to go off.

Whenever we got near the edge of the box, we were either trying to pass or walk it in. Only one shot on target from Howe in the first half i can remember and if we can't beat Newport at home, we're in for a long old season!

Next game for me due to my self imposed exile from Nene Park is the (fingers crossed) Eastbourne match - you lads are doing nothing to make me want to travel !!!! Mind you, having watched us last week at York, I'm not surprised by today's result, it sounds like we continued in the same vein as we finished off last week.
Still early days, but unless we start to get our act together soon we'll start to get that "bottom end of the table" feeling and the players will start to stress out. At the moment 2 wins and you fly up the table, but I've always said, you get the measure of a side after 10 games - the league table doesn't tend to lie after you get 10 games under your belt.

Interview with JE was very interesting. He was not happy that Osano isn't learning from his mistakes and plans to move him out to right back again. JE said that yet again the players didnt listen at half time.
Also said that the performance was unacceptable and that it was one of the worst since he has been here.
