Also how many memorable Hunter performances can you remember off the top of your head compared to Hill?

Hunter: Cobblers, Orient, Boston, Shrewsbury, Bristol Rovers, Yeovil, Oxford (2-2 draw), Oxford (3-0 win).

Hill: Errmm SS Final, 5-0 Oxford, maybe Macclesfield?

Wasn't me who started posting in the wrong thread. ;)

Oh and it was Godden that beat Yeovil not Hill.

I don't think it's particularly fair to put Hunter in the list, it was his first managerial job, had little to work with (in terms of players and money) and unlike the others he was RDFC through and through.
Just cause he's Irish ;) No I'm joking. I can see where you're coming from but I think he was poor. He was tactically inept and as a manager, if your team makes a mistake, you need to address it. The amount of goals we conceded late was an absolute joke and it was obvious to a standard football fan that we needed to improve physical/mental endurance but nothing was done about it.

Either one of the MODS is having some fun or I'm losing my marbles. I'm sure I posted it in the Hill thread initially.
