Re: The Fans Forum
It is. Apart from getting to ask questions to JE and (I'm guessing for this one) Gary Calder and/or Liam Beasant, you hear it all first hand instead of it being dragged out in the ET for a month in drips and drabs.BartonRaz wrote:I haven't been to one before. Is it worth going?

They are worth going to for the reasons mentioned above. It's always interesting to see if some of the more outspoken posters on here are able to get from behind their keyboards and make their points in public - it hasn't always been the case.

Actually no - I was thinking back to the time I moderated a predecessor to this forum.
It also reminds me of how many "stalwarts" of the fanbase are no longer seen at Nene Park if I think of who would often ask the questions - perhaps a few more of them now support Leicester City

Indeed. Alas, "Rushden 'till its not trendy" rather than 'till I die in too many cases.Formic wrote:Actually no - I was thinking back to the time I moderated a predecessor to this forum.

I asked far too many questions at the last one, so I was told, so I'll be quiet at this one - thats a promise !

Incidentally, is it worth starting a "questions for the Fans Forum" thread and emailing this to Mr Calder prior to the evening so that when it all goes quiet when he says "any questions?" he's got something to fall back on - always worked for Keith !!
