I was told there was no previous maintenance contract in place for the site, leading to plant in the sports hall now needing to be replaced, which is going to cost well into 6 figures.
Max Griggs sold off the Sports Centre a few years ago so it should be the responsibility of the owners unless, of course, the terms of the Football Club's lease means that they have a full repair/maintenance responsibility for this building which is one hell of a liability.

Once again it would appear that we have facilities that could serve a League One club but without the revenue to run them. No wonder we havn't got a pot to p**s in.

There has been no reported sightings of this chap or indeed Stuart with his Dale banner recently.

Stuart
To my knowledge the ghost/ spirit has only ever been seen in the Airwair and in the Kimberley suite. If it's going to frequent the premises regularly, it might be asked to pay for entrance

1. Has Gary Calder sold his shares in the Club?
2. Who currently owns the ground?
3. How many NVQs will PBDevs be offering in the future?
answer to 2 is Keith Cousins and an unknown company from either Panama or Patagonia (I don't recall which), according to Steve Beasant who was at the Trust AGM.

The company is Conalgen from Panama - they were referenced in the planning application for the hotel - http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&source ... UhxCZO_0yQ

If Sara listens to Liam's interview from Monday night on the iplayer she can get the answer to question 1 in Liam's own words.

There's more in the ET on this issue. The following link should work, but they may dig out their dictionary and correct the spelling at some point. http://www.northantset.co.uk/sport/foot ... _1_2488380

It must be really frustrating for ET journalists that their sub-editors make errors like that.

I can't make the forum at short notice so will someone take & post some notes?

Please ask the Beasants how they expect to fund the football club and finance the (ludirously optimistic) developments they have mentioned very recently, when they don't appear to even have the cash available to pay the players on time or meet inland revenue or football debts (resulting in a transfer ban)?

If, as it appears, they clearly don't have sufficient funds to support the club at this early stage, how will they manage next year? Where will they find the money to exercise the option to buy the stadium and land from KC and/or the Panamanian tax haven?

Are the club now paying rent to KC for the use of the stadium?

I think that if this current ownership results in the club and ground becoming financially separated Rushden and Diamonds may well be finished.
