I'm not side stepping any question. I have always had my doubts about JE's credentials.Ihave NO idea who can take his place as some managers do well at certain clubs and others don't do so well. So me giving a name or two out wouldn't help at all.
Best then to wait until you have a viable alternative (I incidently think we're lucky to have him, but that's my opinion) you can't call for his head when you are in the minority on this board. You are entitled to your opinion and I respect that but you will need to offer names for it to come across as serious.

Is it really that unclear?

What I'm trying to say is that Justin is too god for this level IMO. Even if we were financially sound,I'm pretty sure that Justin would prefer to be somewhere in the football league, and it is likely that clubs in the football league would want him as their manager...

Just to be clear I'm aware I'm in the minority (for now) but it will take a massive improvement for me to change my opinion. There are better options out there and JE will be found out given time. I really get fed up with all this blowing smoke up his arse all the time when (lets be honest) he has hardly set the footballing world alight, has nobody ever considered why he decided to stay when given the option of a "better" move. Its because they would find him out immediately. I'll not say any more on this subject as my points are on record and can be seen by all.

GOD??? I hope thats a typo, lol.
If he is as good as everyone portrays then why is he still here? Its because higher league clubs would find him out immediately and we can't afford to change.

I'm sorry but whatever people's views on JE, I think he's got to be the best manager the club's had considering the resources the Griggs era managers had. I doubted him at the start because of his previous managing experience and admittedly he's not had the best of seasons this year but obviously its been a difficult year and he can't be expected to work magic all the time like he did last season and I can't see how anyone can doubt what he achieved last season.

Personally I will be disappointed when he does leave but that doesn't mean I'd blame him for wanting to move his career forward or just getting away from the club in its present situation, must be a bit of a nightmare for him at the moment, so I'm not expecting him to stay for much longer :(

Now you have no reason not to give out names. Unless you would like to retract your statement?

Look at what he has done in a short time with a very small amount of money. Last year he took of to the play offs and we ultimately fell short, there is no evidence that MS was the reason behind that season as look at how well he has done at Barnet..

He has had to deal with a lot this season = Dale Roberts and Paul T**** right at the start, loosing many of his best players and then the death of Dale, a takeover, administration etc that is a lot for a manger to deal with a lot of changes that then have to be made and something which will only increase his managerial attributes as he learns from the experiences.

The way the players aim to play the game is a lot better now as well we are playing football it's not kick and chase like it had been under previous managers and i think he is a excellent man manager in the way that he can get that little bit extra from slightly average players with the whole squad benefiting from his coaching

I have no personal grudge (honestly) against Justin and I honestly do wissh him well, especially at my club.
All I ever hear is about how great he was last season and how far he took us, then in the next breath I hear how he is still learning, ffs make up your minds.
Last season we had FOUR quality players that were just a little above the average quality of the conference. Yes JE picked the team but in all honesty Byrne, Terry, Tomlin and Roberts were too good for this division and were more than a major part of our success. This season we haven't got the same quality in ANY department so will not achieve anywhere near what happened last year. That is understandible and I can accept that fact. My gripes with Justin is the tactics he employs and the decisions that are made.
I should imagine EVERY fan knew Tomlin was going at the end of the season so why did he not think ahead and get a player to replace him or keep Pattison?
Why are we overrun with "strikers" yet cannot form a decent defence? Justin was a defender yet we show no aptitude in that department, I have seen a number of times this season when the defence has stood still and left the keeper all alone. The very first thing I was taught as a footballer (a long time ago was to build from a solid defence. If the defence is strong then the midfield and strikers feel more confident. Can anybody honestly say we need a new striker as opposed to a couple of quality defenders?
Another gripe is his decision making during games. We have two half decent strikers that are hustle and bustle players, they thrive on crosses and use their heads to score whenever possible. So for Justin to bring on the best crosser of the ball we have in Charles, its almost guaranteed that Justin will then take off Gash/Farrell thus leaving Charles with nobody to actually cross to.

For Justin to impress me he needs to build a quality defence and not worry about buying more strikers. We have enough strikers at the moment, they just need to keep shooting as sooner or later the goals will come. I'm more concerned aout the goals we are conceding to be honest and the way we are conceding them.

Like I said I have NO personal gripe concerning Justin I just don't think he should "learn" his trade with us.
