Remember we cannot re-sign players until the embargo is lifted so even if assuming they are paid this week then there is still nothing Justin can do, except for players with an option in their contract I am led to believe.

Gill, with your inside knowledge have you any idea when the Conference Board decision will surface? Seems a bit odd that we are only 3 days from end of season and no news?
The Conference are saying nothing!
Am I also right in saying that the transfer embargo is also a registration embargo?

I would also suggest it won't be viable playing at Nene Park with crowds less than 500.

Actually, Paul, it isn't really viable playing at Nene Park with crowds of less that 2-3,000, and that is the root of our current predicament.

Thanks, Martin. You would have had access to the detailed running costs and it's clear that the stadium and associated buildings are a millstone. KC had a vision to 'sweat' the facilities but this never really happened under his tenure. The Trust appeared to have experienced similar problems.

Sorry Chris I have no idea why Conference decision is taking so long.
And yes the transfer embargo is also a registration embargo but as I mentioned above I believe we can re- sign existing players who have options in their contracts.

Think that my reply may have been misleading. I understand the club can register non contract players but up to a maximum of sixteen.
