A big thanks to the Cobblers! They could easily have told us to get stuffed.

I'd also be tempted to stick a couple of people at the top of the stairs heading down to the West stand.

2 of their players have even played for the main Portuguese national team!
I see they have a few players from Portimonense - that was the team we played a pre-season friendly against, almost 3 years ago now, on a very warm evening.

Here's the short clip I uploaded at the time (note: Tomlin getting forward, but not really up to speed ;-) )

Short clip of play at the pre-season friendly in Portugal, nr Alvor (Penina Golf Resort), that finished 3-3, Wednesday 16th July 2008 (6pm KO) - at about 28C - I won't say who calls Corcs a plonker...still it was a bad ball.

Who is the number 2 (that takes the throw)?

We 3 will be there :)

I'm really cross that we lost this game, it would have brought in some much needed revenue. Thanks to NTFC for their support of our campaign.

But would it haved helped the Football Club bearing in mind what might have happened to other income streams? :(

I suspect that's EXACTLY why the FA moved it. Let's face it, the "concerns over the pitch" story was a non starter really.

It certainly was, given the previous game was played at Luton when their pitch, by their own admission, was in poor state.

Something else that shows the strength of the Portuguese side, one of their players is a potential Everton transfer target

David Moyes might be there!
