I also thought the amount was about 250k a year based upon previous comments and general running costs of th club as a whole. Perhaps the rent as a whole is 150k per year plus ground upkeep?

If KC is a true supporter of the cause I would have thought he could stand a lower rental for a period of time as if there is no club he gets no cash.

If I am honest I would also say that if the worse case scenario was ground share for a couple of years with the Northerners then it would be acceptable if it reduced Diamonds costs in running the stadium. It would be more humiliating for them using the ground than us letting them have the use??

I am sure that i read on an old post a week or so back that it was 3k a week..As regards of him having been given it,surely if he hadnt it would have gone tit's up a few years ago,and it must have cost him personally a good few quid each year to actually run,it's not just like turning up for a game and paying out £20 then going home,i'm sure mistakes were made,and we can't change that now ,sometimes you have to take a step back ,asess and come again stronger and wiser. :idea:

I know, we really need get that going or just something as an alternative way of bringing in more money, otherwise even if we do survive to next season, we may be just delaying the inevitable.

Surely KC is entitled to charge us rent. Why shouldn't he? He owns the ground. But unless I am very much mistaken it is not Keith that has a winding up order. If we were making money, no-one would have a problem with him taking money.

I can confirm the Beasants were paying rent of £250k per annum

Haven't heard how the person that was hurt is now though. I was driving into there last week about 5:30 before the car boot to get something, and had to do a U-Turn as the police had it blocked off.

So they paid the rent then or are you really saying that there was an agreement in place for rent to be paid at an amount of £250k a year?

£250k pa rent, plus all the other added expenses of running a football club, did the beezants really have a business plan to run OUR club?
