I would suggest that KC has seized control of the premises, as they belong to him! There may be a default clause in his agreement with the Beezant's and as they haven't paid him any rent, I would suggest he may well be able to be in a position to seize the club back as well.Harry wrote:This is exactly what has been confusing me!Two of Diamonds wrote:That article doesn't seem that clear to me. If KC was not an owner of R & DFC Ltd, how can he seize control of it? Surely it's only the land and stadium he has repossessed? Or have I got summat wrong?
Hopefully we will learn more on Thursday but KC appears to be pulling out all the stops to ensure he has a 'club' playing on his land for the forseeable future, the name of that club, well time will tell.....

And it looks more and more likely to be K*ttering Town while we reform a new club somewhere else.
The games going on here are not only mind blowing but affecting the fans of two clubs.
Nobody can find out who this Japanese outfit is - I wonder if it is an offshore company belonging to someone allegedly connected to the club who we cannot name? - and there is enough circumstantial evidence to connect Mr Ladak to the mind games currently going on.
Interestingly, if their are as many as 7 winding up orders in place, why were the bailiffs in yesterday? Who are they representing? Or was it just a publicity stunt knowing that BBC Look East had their cameras there?
Maybe nothing in it but with events as they are at RR - no new players, no manager, resignations behind the scenes and out of the conference next year if no lease extension - it is little wonder that what was seemingly being talked about 12 months ago could be about to happen ie K*ttering Town playing at NP.
Bearing in mind that certain Poppynet posters would lead you to believe that Max Griggs is solely responsible for not winning more - or is that anything - since we were formed wouldnt it be ironic that our inpending demise could be about to save their bacon!

so what could transpire is a complete take over of RDFC by K*ttering, if the FA refuse the appeal, which i am sure they will.
It is now almost an impossible situation, can't merge as fans won't accept it, effective takeover is the only option as it will keep the K*ttering fans although lose Rushden fans. They can't even sell it as a merger for fear of losing the larger of the fanbase (K*ttering) so the next best option is a takeover.
I think Ladak and Cousins will gamble on this thinking well we might get some new fans along the way.

I'm not keen on that name either, would much rather something simpler like Rushden AFC or something, but I suppose we can't really lose the 'Diamonds' name. The Godfather wrote:AFC Rushden & Diamonds is too much of a mouthful!
And tbh this whole thing is just too ridiculously complicated, I really can't see us being able to successfully appeal against the conference's decision as surely what's done is done now?
