Here's a question. If K*ttering can afford to play at Nene Park, then what in gods name is this Pickering fella charging? Must be astronomical.

Pickering's charging 17% of their gate receipts and if they were to re-negotiate with him for another lease it would probably be more since I think he wants to build housing on it. K*ttering would be getting 700 max at NP and would have to be paying the £50k rent (or possibly more), that's not sustaining full-time football so Ladak would have to be propping them up and no one seems to know whether he's got any cash left.BartonRaz wrote:Here's a question. KC says we've only raised 8K... :?BartonRaz wrote:We've raised 50k. IF we better advertise the pixels, plus explore other fundraising avenues for a WHOLE YEAR, surely we can afford to pay this £52k a year? Admittedly i'm not sure about the playing budget but at least we'd have NP ;) .Dukes wrote:KC says he has spoken to Max re KTFC playing at NP next season and Max approves...at least the stadium will be used for football rather than be mothballed for the foreseeable future as RDFC, even if we re-emerge in the Southern League Premier, can't afford the £1000 a week overheads. Apparently KTFC can..!
8K?! The fans game plus Mad Dog's (generous) donation account for 1/8th of that.Dukes wrote:KC says we've only raised 8K... :?BartonRaz wrote:We've raised 50k. I think it's quite easy to transport stands now, I suppose he could sell them individually.bozzer wrote:someone said the ground is worth 9 million!, KC will be ok when he sells it.
