Well said Mad Dog, it's the PEOPLE who did this that are at fault, not the whole organisation. It shall be a real shame if Gill decides not to come along to the new club. As Pigman said, her experience & knowledge would be most welcome, I for one hope she reconsiders.

11th July eh? Bet thats pissed the FA off no end, they'll have to make a decision now............or adjourn for another week to "consider" the evidence, that'd be convenient for them wouldn't it?

Don't be silly, the F.A will suddenly realise that the appeal committee have booked holidays and will adjourn the appeal until August.

When is all this going to end, why has the winding up petition been postponed even further and is this whole thing being dragged out so much, so bored of all of it now. Its got to the stage where I'm just waiting for the end of the club, it'll be tough when it does happen but at least then we can move on for AFC R&D.

The winding up order wasn't postponed even further, it is being held on the first available date after the 21 day postponement.

Oh ok, thanks for clearing that up.

And another note, just seen on twitter that the release of the Conference fixtures have been delayed 'at least 10am on Wednesday 6th July' because of our appeal on Tuesday. Which absolutely amazes me tbh, even if we are successful in the appeal, there's no hope for the club unless we get an investor to come in and pay our debts off, so why are the Conference making arrangements because of what is as far as I can see a virtually dead club?

Is there still a possibility of investment I wonder if we win the appeal (as unlikely as it sounds)? Either way, RDFC to me is still pretty much gone and I just pray all of this is over by the end of the week.

There is not a cat in hells chance - I would not want to be associated with the owners or landlord from this point forward, everything is now tarnished and why would we want to live our lives with two owners and a landlord who are not worthy, we have no players, no management/coaches and we owe aton of money (who knows how much), we would be back in the position where we are now in 3/4 months if conference and courts changed/reversed their decisions.

A clean slate, ground and a bit of success and we will be ok!

I sincerely hope all creditors are sorted out reasonably!
