On a serious note this is absolutely fantastic news, as repeated by everyone!!! A focus on youth in the immediate future is essential, and I'm will be the foundation of our "success" going forwards. Appointing someone with Mark previous experience is a coup for such a new club!

This is tremendous news, the speed with which everything is now happening is incredible. Long live AFCR&D!!! I trust this news will be announced to the press in order to fan the flames of interest in our club and to convince the doubters that the fans have seized the initiative.

After months of negativity, with good vibes from last Saturday's meeting and news about this excellent managerial appointment my enthusiam and positivity has been revived.

Well done again to our "management team".

Mark is a great choice; no doubt with good local connections. He clearly looks after the best interests of young players whilst developing a winning mentality. His record last year in the Youth Cups was by any standard a great achievement. No doubt he has had other offers as well.
