As davealbon just said i agree the last four games his game has shown great confidence again ,he has handled superbly, his decision making has improved greatly which has made him look a better and commanding keeper. The save today was outstanding ,thats where keepers win you points.Would have been a big loss for us if he had gone to Gateshead, today he must have felt he was glad to be here still with a potenial play-off place up for grabs instead of a relegation fight.

I wonder if it took the rumour of his leaving for the fans to buck up the support for him, for him to realise how much we love having him here, and maybe he really likes being here? Who knows, if he does still want to go up north at the end of the season, whatever happens, then surely he can do better than Gateshead?

Absolutely tremendous save. His momentum is taking him one way, the ball comes to the other side of his body, not only does he stop the ball but he gets it so far sideways, it's not just about the save, but making it safe rather than allowing a tap in. Top class, match winning save.

He could go on to be a long servant of the club or even record appearance holder!

I thought Dale was MOTM tonight. Quality catching from crosses and got down well to save a one on one with Constable too.
