Shouldn't we really get a new trophy? New club and all that.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

Re: Messageboard Player of the Season
I've got mixed feelings about that. Part of me says we should continue with the same trophy as it celebrates the past, we should never forget were we have come from and as the Trophy we're talking about just says Diamonds Internet Forum its still relevant.
If people feel a new Trophy is the way to go then sobeit, but someone will need to organise it and do so fairly quickly as you're running out of time. I've got far too much on at the moment to do that myself, I did the last one and it takes a bit of time to sort out, time I haven't got at the moment.
I'd be happy to contribute, but you'll need in the region of £85-£90 to buy a suitable trophy and pay for the engraving and you'd need to organise an on-line vote fairly quickly, certainly within the next 2 weeks. Anyone up for taking this on?

I'd be inclined to keep the same trophy - we don't have to forget our past.

Re: Messageboard Player of the Season
I'm with Jim on this one, if possible we should keep the same trophy if we can manage to locate it because it was the Diamonds Internet Trophy so there is continuity.
Time is pressing so if we can't locate it within the next week or so then we should wait and award it again at the end of next season after we have completed our first senior year.
