Agreed, if injured, the least you would have expected from the club captain is to support his team mates at Eynesbury not choosing to watch his mates playing for Earls Barton.

Oh, for feck sake, it so annoys me when this sort of thing happens,

1:- It just looks bad for the club
2:- People now speculate what happened.
3:- It "potentially" upsets the balance in the team.

I'd like to make an apology to the incredibly optimistic people whose opinions I have been deriding. Please come back and write something really really positive, I could do with cheering up. ;)

Doesn't sound great but hopefully whatever has happened has happened and we can move on and forget about it, its a loss to the side but players always come and go at this level, so hopefully it won't have too much on an effect and can't complain at the replacement captain that's for sure!

Not from what I've been told. ;) However, that's not to say he might find himself playing for Sileby in the future but you could say that about any of our current players so I won't take your bet, Ron.

Looks like he has something in the pipe line, judging by his last tweet.
