Would make sense in future matches to request that both managers instruct their subs to warm up in the area at the far end behind the goal.Formic wrote:The area outside the touchline on the right at the far end where the subs warm up was just a mass of mud, but I'm sure the experts will know when it needs to be sanded. Did you not see that state of the thrapston pitch last year and the mud the linesmen had to run in for most of the season when they finished the match it looked like they had flippers on!
