the first half we totally outplayed Whitworths without getting much on target ( shades of Oadby sprang to mind). The second half was fairly even i thought but he lads stuck at it and Ben Roache scored a very good goal , another 3 points and closer to the League Title.Well done again lads, keep it up

Well done lads, couldn't make it tonight unfortunately.

Both teams looked a bit ring rusty, but the pitch looks great, so should be good for tomorrow 8-)

The pitch was in a lot better condition than the Oadby pitch

I heard there were quite a few nasty tackles coming from Whitworths.

Need to be careful what I say!! (It seems!) ;) but I think everyone can get the gist of what went on, and what most of our feelings are towards "them" are.

Anyway, back to the game, disappointed I couldn't make it, but a win against them is always good in my book!

For some one who wasnt at the game how can you comment, if anything the 2 worse tackles came from diamonds players but apparently its ok too two footed tackle from behind . It was a hard fought game and in no way malicious maybe the seniors could take note. You wonder why people dislike Diamonds? well the its comments like yours that get them annoyed. There is no problem with the under 18's so why make something out of nothing?

I was just going by what I was told, sorry if I offended you, but thought we lived in a country with free speech, maybe not!

Maybe if Whitworths had showed a bit more class in the previous games, we wouldn't be talking about this.

This is an AFC Rushden & Diamonds forum, don't worry about offending anybody from Whitworths.

What a bunch of jumped about self satisfying t***s you really are. Sometimes your comments are about as much use as the team your watching in UCL DIV 1 get off your high horses and have a reality check
