Lol, the exact same thing happened at Cobblers' game tonight! 395 is alright tbh, thought it would be around 300. Oadby 3-0 up.

We're probably edging it but it's pretty even. Struggling to string two passes together.

Tactical gamble that very nearly backfired. The longer it went on the more I thought we were going to drop the points but to our credit we showed great character and got the win we did deserve. Olney will be disappointed after defending (and time-wasting) well for so long, I thought their number 3 was outstanding. Having seen them twice now this season i'm surprised they're not higher up the league although they appear to be lacking upfront.

Back to tactics, I don't honestly know what the formation was in the first half, or where Dev was playing. It seemed to be a sort of 4-2-2-2 with a distinct lack of width. The subs made a big impact and it was a great moment when Gearing scored, I think everybody realised what an important moment that was / might prove to be.

One more thing. Now i'm not saying Brad Harris is a bad player, he seems to have a decent touch and can pass the ball, but i'm a little unsure what he brought to the side tonight. That's not the first time i've been unaware he's playing until the second half. Perhaps players like Brad who play the way they are facing and play the simple ball are useful in a side trying to be solid an compact, but I think we ought to go a little more attacking against these mid-table sides to try and avoid slugging it out like we did tonight. Don't want to criticise the lad, just my thoughts.

Hope the person in the main stand is OK.
