Also drew with BPW, they must love playing them! :D
So Burton have got 4 of their 5 points against Bourne. The other one was against...
They've managed to wrack up an even worse goal difference than Buckingham in fewer games and even Buckingham were able to beat them 4-0, so its fair to say our draw with them was a disastrous result, whether they parked the bus or not, could very well be costly.

Information posted on twitter regarding parking for away fans.

@roblambert6: @AFCRD to all travelling to Bourne. A reserved area for all cars has been reserved on the former AHF site in Manning Road, Bourne

@roblambert6: @AFCRD please follow directions given by stewards outside the ground. It will about a 175 yard walk back to the ground. thank you in advance

I see that Formic has updated the match preview on the OWS with this information tonight. ;)

Well spotted. We've had a couple of updates from the Bourne secretary which are in the match preview, but I've pasted them below too.

Our hosts have made some special arrangements to welcome the Diamonds, with a dedicated car parking area with stewards in place to direct fans to that location (see below), as well as opening their clubhouse from 1pm (note that drinks will be served in plastic glasses). The club have also arranged for more help to ensure the smooth running of the afternoon, but ask for Diamonds fans patience as they handle the extra support.

A Car Parking area for all cars has been reserved at the former AHF site in Manning Road, Bourne PE10 9HW - please follow directions given by stewards outside the ground. It will then be about a 175 yard walk back to the ground.

I decided to highlight on here when I saw the twitter information,Tony since many fans once they had read the match preview the other day may not have revisited it and may not have been aware of the away car parking provisions. I had looked on Google Earth yesterday morning trying to work out how much parking they had at the ground or in the surrounding streets.

Thanks for that - I note there is some other advice in the Twittersphere that I'm awaiting to be officially confirmed.

Yes Tony. It does appear that our large travelling support is getting recognition in official circles and very interesting that Nick Price was contacted to give help with parking arrangements and supporter friendly pubs in the area. Can only be a good thing.

Well done to Bourne for taking a pro-active approach. Like other places we've been to putting on extra parking, food and bar etc can only help them.

It's tough to keep a football club running at our level both finacially and personnel wise.

Looking on Google Earth I can't work out where the turnstyle/entrance to the ground is. Are we heading for the Cricket Club?
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

Looked at the weather forecast, not looking good. Can we get Bourne to let us know by 11.30 so the coach can be told. Cheers.
