Not our fault but put simply that was one of the most boring games of football I think i've ever seen. A training game from our point of view. Whitworths were really poor and I don't recall them having a shot until injury time.

Made a poor decision to stand at the other end in the first half and have no idea what happened with either of the first two goals, didn't see anybody shoot, didn't see the net move, had to rely on the supporters to tell we'd scored! Anybody care to tell me what happened? ;)

Second goal, Jake handled into the net and even though I was right behind it I'm nit entirely sure whether it crossed the line tbh. But I agree, I said coming out thats got to be the most boring game of the season to be brutally honest, Whitworths couldn't do much more than push us around and foul us all the time and we shouldn't have let them score at the end. Though credit to our lads for getting the job done in the first half.

It was a boring game, but was to be expected since both sides had only played 48-hours beforehand.

Was typical Whitworths play though, pushing us around for most of the game, but fair play to the lads, a job well done.
