I agree with Dave about Collins. You only have walk up the stairs to the North Stand offices and look at the honours board showing the top goalscorer from each season to see what a massive contribution he made. He had just about everything you could want in a striker, plus he was excellent at defending set pieces too.
It's a close call between Lowe and Darby for the other spot but I think Darbs just shades it on the basis that I think he makes a better partner for Collins than Lowe would have done.

Duane Darby & Darren Collins for me, two of the best players to grace Nene Park imo.. Lowe is up there but had to go with Darbs and Collins.

When he turned up! I remember an interview with OBN on Radio Diamonds once prior to a Tuesday night game, where the interviewer asked him if we had a fully fit squad to choose from. Talbot replied along the lines of "Yeah, everyone trained yesterday, well apart from Onandi Lowe. Onandi doesn't like training on Mondays!"
i listened to the same interview. also heard at the time from elsewhere that he was lazy and if it wasnt for his talent he would have been kicked out from the start....but how can you leave a player like that out.
i went for collins though if you want a all time diamonds 11 he HAS to be in the front line. yer lowe was a good player but collins was a real threat with his pace, turning somthing out of nothing. i remember watching him in games and miserable old men around me calling collins lazy game after game. but in nearly all those games he nicked a goal from somewhere.
he did this for 5-6 years.

Difficult one really - depends if you are judging by ability or goals scored. Collins and Darby scored the most goals but at a lower level than Onandi who was clearly a better player technically. Lowe was Championship standard at least whilst Darby was no more than League 2.

Erm, Darbs actually scored 51 goals in 130 games for the club compared to Lowe's 52 in 97!

Super Daz Collins and Onandi Lowe for me. Whilst I loved the effort and commitment Darby always showed, Collins and Lowe were great finishers.

Darby and Collins for me. Lowe might have been a good player, but wasn't a fan of his laziness/arrogance.
Darby is just a complete and utter hero, especially after starting a song/coming out with the flag against K*ttering .
Collins was a great player from what I remember, always put the effort in and was good to grow up watching him.

Nudge...
If we could get over 100 votes for this it would be fantastic.
