Don't show respect by posting rubbish on twitter, don't deserve a place in our squad, enough said.
Good luck to both of them, especially disappointed to see Lance leave, but both releases are for the right reason.
I disagree, certainly in Lance's case. He's been messed around with for a month after showing his class against Cambridge.
Rather than the management getting annoyed at him posting stuff, maybe they should look at themselves and how they've handled the squad over the past month.
In Lance's case you have a point, and maybe he should have been given a chance in the games afterwards.
However, posting comments on twitter for fans, other players and management to see, isn't the best way of going about wanting to play, maybe if he had spoken to the management about playing time, he would have got more game time, but airing his frustrations on twitter did nothing to help is cause.

I'm not quite sure what facts you are looking at here. Lance started the two games either side of the Cambridge game and didn't impress enough in either to suggest he might depose Dunkley, Taylor or Koriya from a team that had been so successful for the previous few weeks. He was decent in the Cambridge game and Woodford game as a sub, but hasn't really impressed as a starter that I can remember. He was given a chance against Dover too.
Perhaps he could have started at Woodford - but given what happened in the County Cup and League Cup when he did start, could we really afford to take that game anything less than 100% seriously?
Time will tell whether this decision was a good one.
I'm 100% behind Starmer. The moment any player thinks he is better than his teammates or his club, he should be dealt with very severely. If you disagree with me, you also disagree with Sir Alex. The facts are this - Nat and Lance were nowhere near our top performers and should be easily replaced in time by players who are less of a pain in the backside.
Who doesn't moan on social media though? Why are footballers (especially semi-professional ones!) judged at a higher standard than everyone else? They're just young blokes like most of us.

It's treated the same as any job, you disrespect the management or company in any job, you get fired.
Fully behind Starmer, to release them was the correct decision.

Is that disappointment in the fact they have been released, or that they have forced the hand of the management resulting in said release. Possibly the Clubs first real test and hopefully all will stand behind those who have had to make difficult decisions and we will quickly move on. After all as a Club we are all intent on moving forward as swiftly as possible and we will have instances when people don`t want to buy into what it`s all about and the Club will always be bigger than any individual.
That said I`m sorry to see them depart, especially Lance who I have a lot of time for and thought he could be with us a long time, but then I only saw him on match days, 2 sides and all that.
Wish them both all the best in the future, time to move on for all concerned.
A bit of both really slating them in public, the only tweet I've seen from Nat is that he wasn't happy on the bench every game, that's positive fight for his place but other than Dover he's never started a game we've lost. So his place on the bench seems unjustified.
We are a semi professional club that play in step 5 football, we aren't RDFC in the conference and don't have full time players that should be kept in line as a main employer should, nothing I have seen has slagged off any individual at the club or the club itself!
Players moaning about not playing football is a good thing and the management should work with them to channel the energy into something positive to get them in the team. Not kick them out for having ambition!
Unless either of them have deleted a tweet then I can't see anything that actually calls out Starmer or the club? This next month is going to be bumpy.
You moan about your job in private, not in public, and not with hundreds of people reading your Twitter feed! There are numerous examples of this sort of thing biting back and if people are foolish/naive/unintelligent enough not to learn then they deserve everything they get. If a player at a school or Sunday side started moaning in public with hundreds of people who were involved finding out then I wouldn't be surprised to see them not play.
