Went over a couple of hours ago, all standing water gone still wet in areas & not a surface for flowing football. With no rain forecast would hope for footy tomorrow, awaiting confirmation on OWS. Hope it's all ok as would think the lads would want a run out prior to next Sat.

BBC Weather doesn't agree with that; rain from 9pm to 4am apparently. :(

It's only supposed to be patchy, light rain so hopefully it won't worsen the surface too much.

Thanks for that. What was the touchline area like on the hotel side where the lino runs up and down?

It would be good to find some officials prepared to run the opposite lines.

It didn't look to bad to be honest the biggest concern of mine was the centre of the pitch bit muddy but i guess that is to be expected.

If our game is off a good alternative (if played) is Cogenhoe v Spalding. A draw would be a good result for us.
