That is correct. ..thanks for the appreciation.

Ive stopped submitting things to them....but in this case they had posted a picture of me and my goal summary from our website (missing a bit of it too) making it look like I had submitted it to them. I hadn't and don't think that is on.

I said I thought they ought to ask for permission for something like that. ...and at least make it clear the context it was written by including the whole article.

They have taken it as a club complaint and generated load of abuse I'm really uncomfortable about. I wasn't

I should know better than to get involved on that site and will formally apologise to the club for what has happened....all for something I didn't even submit to them.

Even Diamonds fans have been critical here and on that site including you Lee.....so I will offer to withdraw from the media team.

Genuinely sorry about all this after such a great day yesterday.

Lee. Considering you have now had the full version of events I think it's time for you to consider offering an apology to the person whom you have potentially caused to leave our media team with incomplete information. It's also time to decide just whose side you are on as you seem to spend more time digging at the club than you do promoting it. It's all very well having an opinion but when you start to destabilise or harm then its time to assess just why you want to do that and its impact on the whole club.

i'd like to also support Paul on this, and also on the magnificent work he does as a volunteer for the club. We don't officially provide anything to the UCL Facebook page anything they put on there they lifted from our Facebook page or our website.

The way they have responded to Pauls question about putting his match summary in context sums up the childish way it's all run.

I think Paul deserves an apology as well. It remains to be seen if we will be able to provide a match report or radio diamonds from huntingdon next week.

At the time I posted this it wasn't made that clear. I have NO problem reading IF all the facts are made public at the time. Although given my past experience with certain members of the board I wouldn't have put it past them.
Of course as an active ( I believe) member of the board you are going to be unbiased aren't you!!!

I can live with being a muppet BTW. I'll be Kermit, you can choose your own identity.

Shame you feel you have to stand down from your media duties, I hope you reconsider because all of this is bollocks frankly! I enjoy your match reports and your commentary, I know many others do too, I think your great at both, so I for one hope you stay on! Don't let the snipers win!

Firstly I obviously don't wantaul to stop doing the work he has been doing and I apologise to him completely. I'm not making excuses for my reporting the item on here but as I stated in a previous reply, the original post CLEARLY said it was a decision made by the board.
Paul I apologise to you and hope you retract your resignation.

On your second point, I obviously support the Diamonds I just have lost so much respect for (some, not all) members of the board. I know it looks like I have a vendetta but that couldn't be further from the truth. I just say it like it is, unfortunately it gets people's backs up and they se it as negative. I have my own personal reasons for thinking certain members of ( NOT ALL) the board are above themselves, so if I get a chance to highlight it I will do.

The "clearly" bit came from who Lee? It seems it was not from our board so why accept it as factual when "clearly" it wasn't? Do your complaining the correct way and find out before posting please.
