Wasn't at the game so can't comment on the performance, but would just like to point out the much better handling of signing players by JE than Hill (wasn't sure how to word that ;) ). Remember when Hill would sign an unknown player on loan the day before a game and then start him straight away? It just seemed desperate and never worked. Congrats to JE for not panicking and throwing Huke and Thomas in at the deep end right away, just giving Huke a taster and giving Thomas more time to gel with the team.

Yes it did, i was surprised neither started but now reflecting, it was a brilliant decision, our team has performed well as they are atm and Huke clearly slotted in fine when he came on and battled well so has given himself a fair chance of getting some playing time and has settled us the fans into thinking he can do a job if required.

It was sad to listen to Sam Smith commentating, I hope he can get a game or two soon, I think it's time to thank Big cliff for his contribution to the season, but with Louis hear now, i don't think he's needed and prefer Smith over him, i'd also like to see this Thomas fella and i just feel Akurang is stopping these two from getting a chance. I'm trying not to sound harsh, because I appreciate the goals he's got for us (especially mansfield) but i think he is not needed and has gelled the least over the season, he doesn't seem part of the team.
