Was a little surprised to see agemoh, Sutherland, hicks and cooper named on Tuesday night as previously been addressed at 'trialist'. Maybe reading too much into it, but that might indicate that they are to put pen to paper. I know snedker, tshikuna and snelus have been named as well, with no official signing, but thought it might have been because they were here last season and we knew who these guys were.

Cooper has been named a few times now but not listed as having signed officially. Unsure what's caused the change of approach there unless they have signed and we just haven't been told.

Agemoh looks like he was at St. Ives last season whilst Sutherland spent last season with London Tigers (Step 6) and Dorking Wanderers reserves. He scored at Stamford.

Fixtures are out.

The ones I'm guessing people will be looking for:

Opening Day - Needham (H)
22nd Oct - Mickleover (A)
29th Oct - Tamworth (H)
Boxing Day - Bedford (A)
2nd Jan - St. Ives (H)
7th Jan - Ilkeston (A)
1st April - Tamworth (A)
Final Day - Kings Langley (A)

I don't see anything in those fixtures that justifies being the last league to release their fixtures. the Northern League fixtures were released yesterday.

Surely the slowness is because they are on their holidays? as far as I'm aware there wasn't a deadline ending in the last few days for clubs to appeal about the leagues they are placed in.

At least the Northern League website seems to work, a lot of the menu links on the Southern League site lead back to blank pages or pages where the latest news story is 'Howe Returns to Bristol Manor Farm' from April 10th 2021.

My message to the Southern League chairman Anthony Hughes would be "come on Anthony, get down yer to the computer room and replace those old 486 DX 2-66's containing a whopping 8mb of ram with Pentium 266's with 128mb of ram"

When the new government asks the Southern League to try cutting down on the amount of waste plastics around the grounds they'll be seething as they probably still use coal fires like in the 70's.

Maybe we gave up using trialist when at the Stamford game we put players up on Twitter as “Trialist” only for the Stamford announcer to go through the team naming each and every one of them by name

No idea what our home fixtures are, you simply cannot read the blue text on the red background on the photos used around Social Media. Needs addressing.

Not just the colour, it’s the pixelation that’s making it illegible.
