First half - awful - it was really clear that there's a huge gulf between the sides


Second half... Much better, if we played like that for the whole game every game we'd be a competitive mid-table side. Lacking a bit of quality up front - but at least we had a go.

Wasn't there today, but on the face of it at least there are some positives to take today, getting a goal back and getting ourselves back into the game and actually winning the second half against a promotion contender is respectable, so well done to Chris and the team for that. I still worry we may not win or even draw another game this season and realise it is setting the bar very low to be positive about winning a half but losing the game, but after the season we've had, I'm going to take any positives we can get right now!

For the first time in a long while I actually enjoyed listening to Radio Diamonds(no disrespect to Joseph and pals) especially the second half. I nearly walked away at ht but stuck with it and was rewarded with what sounded a decent performance. I do hope Ryan is going to be OK as the defence is so much better with him alongside Luke and augers well for next season. It was just as well Snedker was fit again as St Albans recalled Massimain

Exactly what Stourbridge Diamond said. I think you can see something is there but it’s the quality in key areas is missing. Massingham and Pattison are the start of the rebuild for next year.
