I am confident we can get back on track on Tuesday and then give Quorn another tough game. No need to panic, I will be at both games and I have not seen us lose this season! (seven games).
What does concern me is the lack of subs in so many games. A couple of decent loanees would help, especially a striker.

The facts are the facts and despite a poor run of form where we've only picked up 3 from a potential 27, we find ourselves 8 points ahead of the drop zone with plenty of football left to play. In a season where the intention was to stay in the league and continue the consolidation off of the pitch, we're really not too far off of target. The lack of points in recent times is a concern, of course it is, but it's not panic stations just yet.

I try and stay away from posting here too much because it's important that people can air their views, but I'd hope the current contingent of board members have a bit more credit in the bank than what is being afforded to us right now. There's a budget for the season, and to manage this it's measured in weekly phases. With regards to phases were slightly ahead of where we could be, but there's a lot of factors that contribute to the total between now and the end of April and we are well aware of what levers we need to pull if and when the time comes. I'd hope that given what we've done over the past couple of years we're afforded a bit more credit than the hyperbole of "overspending" that some people seem desperate to keep pedalling in recent weeks.

The numbers show that on the first half of last season where we picked up 4 points between the start of the season and the end of the calendar year we underspent the phased budget drastically. By the end of the season, where we spent in line with the season total we did (just) enough to give ourselves a chance.

We'll manage the budget, that's our job, and a lot of work goes in to monitoring it on a game by game basis, and we'll always ensure that we don't risk the future of the club to win football games, but don't let the past 9 results overshadow what we have achieved in the first half of this season. There's a few crucial games coming up, and we need to see some points returned, but the constant doom pedalling from certain sections, and the appetite to have a moan about anything and everything doesn't help.

Come to the games, support the team and support the club in ensuring that we achieve our goals this season and onwards.

Seeing fans dropping negative comments on everything the Club posts or announces, then amplified by the freeloading offspring of former board members doesn't make things much easier.

We can all choose to either get behind the manager and team, or pull them to pieces at every opportunity. Ask yourself what has more value.
Yep totally embarrassing!! Quite clearly the........ " Love my 💎 boys" was all rubbish. Not surprised one bit tho. Saying that tho I'm not Surprised there not still on contract

Unfortunately, there are people actively trying to undermine the board. The rumour mill is just that, so apologies on my behalf for even entertaining the overspending rumours for a second!

The board are doing a great job, I think it’s pretty obvious that they know what they are doing. Communication, transparency and lots of hard work. Of course we fans don’t probably agree with every single thing that happens in our football club but the board make the day to day decisions on behalf of he members that elected them. Budgets move around all the time, up one month down the next. As Rob put it the simplest way to support everything the club is doing is to attend games. Yes, yesterday’s first 20 minutes or so were pretty awful but we more than matched a team higher than us away from home. We do need sone additions but I’m sure that will happen this week according to the interviews afterwards.

We never withhold information about signed players and release as soon as we are able. At the moment we can't announce anything.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

Why today? I'd be happy with two signings Tuesday afternoon.

I'm not sure where this negativity has come from but I can assure the board that the other 99% of the fans are fully behind the current board.

I, for one, are just happy to have a football club to support! I'm indebted to Rob, Alex, the rest of the board (and Chris Nunn) for not only keeping AFCRD alive and kicking but being transparent about day to day events.

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion about our club - its called freedom of speech! - but we should remember how close we were to going out of business in recent years. Without the dedication of Rob, Alex and the board where would we be?

Playing wise I, like others, have concerns - why we don't start Fraser Corden is beyond me! BUT at the start of the season would we have accepted where we are now - of course we would! We still have a step 4 club to support and we are not in a relegation fight.

So lets get totally behind our board and get behind the team.
