It doesn't matter who takes over....their biggest problem isn't IL and whoever takes over will still have to do deal with it.

True or not, we'd have to vote on that remember. And I highly suspect that would get flatly rejected by the members.

Think about this rationally. Sports Hall owned by a separate person, Peter Wilson I believe. AFC buy the land occupied by pitch 2 from KC, if they can raise the funds, and then lease changing facilities from Mr. Wilson or alternatively persuade him to buy pitch 2 and perhaps pitch 3 from KC.

Would make a cracking set up. ;)

But seriously, regardless of what they think they know over there, no decisions will be made on a ground for next season until all the options have been put to the members and have been voted on.

That would require us to drive past the monstrously branded Nene Park to get to each game, a stadium I love to bits but which I cannot bring myself to even look at now..............assuming the Plops survive of course !!

For me any deal involving NP or the surrounding land is a no go if it means putting money into certain people's pockets ! I don't trust them and wouldn't want to give them a second opportunity of shafting us !! Heart ruling my head maybe, and I love Nene Park - but for me that chapter is over, our future lays away from there IMO!!
