Was the last goal Starms 1st ever :?: fair play to him stick Lance on & move Alfie out wide, & no he didn't want to go there & had a moan about it, fortunately listened and what a result :D a minimum of an assist for Starms :!:
A very happy Brownie moving swiftly down a rather splendid bottle of Rioja whilst admiring Rachel Riley's assets. Bloody fine day all round.

Agree, but I'm on the Merlot

Adam was unable to convince Robbie Savage on 606 to follow the Diamonds but I assume Atherstone were the worthy winners (I did not bother to hear all the programme as Strictly was about to start).

They are step 6 and like us have played 7 games already and beaten teams higher, and like us are a phoenix club.(for the third time!!!)

Savage probably thought we're still a league club ;)

The reaction of the crowd to Alfie's winner will stay with me forever - it was amazing !! So pleased to see so many there today - hope many of them return !!

Savage is Welch, so you shouldn't take any notice of him

Let;s hope we get Atherstone in the next round 8-)

I mentioned to my old man at the game that there seemed to be more people in Rushden & Diamonds gear than usual (rather than AFC R&D).

I'd take anybody at HOME. Conference North/South not bothered.

Talking of player of the round, did we ever find out the winner from the 1st QF round?

Don't forget to pick up a copy of the Non League Paper tomorrow as we should have a match report and a few pics hopefully :)
