The night before our first UCL game against Thrapston !! All the work and preparations, all the anticipation, and the day had finally arrived. Would people turn up to watch us? Would the squad we'd assembled perform? Could we cope with the crowds we "might" get? Lots of mixed feelings, excitement, anxiety..........all made for a sleepless but exciting night :D

I'm looking forward to tomorrow, but nothing will top the feelings I had that night !!

I'm not even going and I'm excited, tomorrow's game is hugely historic, its the one game I really wanted to get to so I'm disappointed not to be going.

I can't wait to see the pictures on the OWS.

Maybe the official Twitter feed should ask for any photos of tomorrow so that we can have a big collection from loads of angles? 8-) I'll certainly be tweeting a few photos of the day.

Good idea have asked for that on twitter, it got me thinking I wonder if there is a website or app where we could upload all our fans photos, it would be great to have a fan photographic record of the season

Anyway I can't wait for today, 13 pages on the Pre much build up!!

Jamie O'Hara just mentioned us on Soccer AM, although it wasn't exactly in glowing terms. He said regarding his injury:
"I can run and everything like that but when I try and kick a ball it feels like my leg is going to fall off. I could probably make a living at Rushden & Diamonds or something like that"
I think he meant to say Cambridge (Max Rushden's team) but ended up saying Rushden & Diamonds so the joke didn't really go as planned. ;)

2-0 at HT. Merrill with the second - a cracker.

McBride dominating in midfield and they've got no pace whatsoever at the back.
