Kelly was injured and never played a match for the Stags and Verma when he played was rubbish. No wonder Mansfield didn't want to pay a fee! :D
Fat lot of good those two will be.

Don't believe everything you read on Poppynet - Kelly did play once for the Stags - as an 87 minute sub, during which time he conceded a penalty. He was on the bench on Boxing Day.

Mansfield had Kelly and Vema on Loan with an option to buy in January however Mansfield signed 3 other players and declined the option to buy so they both returned to Kettrin.

It is all Deja Vu at Nene Park, remember the 3 investors that imposed dear Ernie as manager whilst they agreed the (Failed) takeover with the Griggs.

I would imagine they will also provide some money to clear the Transfer embargo otherwise Cooper is wasting his time joining.

What a Hoot and complete utter (something that falls from male cattle bums) Spin from Sadact, now its all Mansfields fault that the players have not been paid, last week it was DRC Locums, next week it will be York etc etc.  Anybody but Mr Sadact is at fault it seems.

I will hold my hands up now and admit it. Two weeks ago i was walking down past Nene Park and to my utter pleasure i found 20p on the floor. I did, as many of you would, pick it up and pocket it.

With the recent events at K*ttering i can only asume that because of this act it is my fault that the K*ttering players have not been paid.

After a tip off from a friend i am told that this will be appearing in a paper near you soon.

Sadact is just instructing his people to talk to my people about me repaying what i owe and the players can expect the full wages in due course.

I was thinking exactly the same - and I'm still to be convinced there wasn't a hidden relegation agenda when they did bring in the Milkman.

One parallel is that Marcus Kelly was a part of that debacle too.

Another club in the shit?
I like the wording in the BBC story on this - "The pair were set to sign permanent contracts with the Stags this month.

But the Poppies have reneged on the deal, saying they are owed a loan fee.

Mansfield boss Paul Cox denies the claim, telling BBC Radio Northampton: "There was no such thing as a loan fee from our point of view. We paid the wages over the period of the loan.""
