That's terrible, and just shows what a shambles K*ttering Town FC are.

AFCR&D Membership 351
O/T but confirmation of 350+ members, absolutely superb, more than I had hoped for

The county of Northamptonshire is in a terrible state ref football, no more Diamonds, soon to be no more KTFC, Cardoza spent 8 million to end up bottom?? and Corby dwindle in the 2nd half of every season and only survive due to the council paying the bills.
Even Rothwell Town etc are in a mess.
Time to get real football fans

I actually picked up on that in my last set of programme notes, the map of football in Northants is set to change over the coming months I think, indeed, I think the footballing map all over the country could be changing rapidly, so many clubs at the lower end of football are struggling and with the current economic climate who knows, there could be some serious casualties over the next few years - sad times for football all round !!

Agreed.
Thought we'd stalled a bit around the 320 mark actually - just from what i'd seen written on here - but good to see memberships are picking up again ahead of the forum tomorrow. (If they ever stalled at all ;) )

i'd say the adult team is going to have a big pull. i'd never seen a youth match till this season.

I agree but it is essential that everyone joins as a member now, irrespective of not watching the youth team this season. A large membership will aid our Club in their application to join a senior league at the highest possible level next season. ;)

I'd just like to echo Trek's post. It really is so important that as many fans as possible sign up to become a member as this will really help our submission to the FA/League. It's great that we are already above 350 and I'm sure a few more will sign up during the meeting tonight so we should be almost up to 375. Would be great if we can get past the 400 mark before our submission.
Please make every effort if you haven't already signed up.
