No doubts about disallowed Holbeach goal. Player standing on the line, Dube I think.

Or ours, the number two was playing Dunkley well onside.

Indeed - I noted the tweet after the game that said an ex-UCL referee thought our goal was offside - but I think the clue was always in the words "UCL Referee".

Saw that as well, I went a bit further and pointed out that him thinking it was offside was why he was an EX referee.
I also pointed John Chand in that direction

It was Mark Lea's dad who was the ex UCL ref - clearly offside and one of the photos I saw shows the Lino with the flag raised as the ball crossed the line, so not even a close decision.
Thanks bozzer for highlights (again )!

Great highlights package once again, well done to those involved.
Holbeach, through their official Twitter account, challenged the linesman about their offside goal over the weekend, saying he'd got it wrong, but as the replays have shown the decision was spot on.
Mark Lea is certainly evolving his role of journalist into that of cheerleader. Both his reports from the two Diamonds v Holbeach games this season were ludicrously imbalanced (claiming Jack should have seen red on Saturday but conveniently omitting the persistent violence of their No 8 in the second half, while also referring only to our players in the various melees, and not once mentioning Drury's irresponsible and illegal antics).
Great to see video setting a few things right.

Former UCL ref and a relation of Mark Lea?! Well that's 3 reason's why he clearly has no idea what the **** he's talking about!

The midget's take on how things stand now:
http://www.spaldingtoday.co.uk/sport/fo ... -1-6544021
Obviously, he couldn't go a whole interview without at least one wind up attempt:
I thought the crowd would go over 500 or 600 but I’d like to thank the Diamonds fans for turning out in numbers which strengthens our own budget now to bring in more players if we can.
And proof, not that it were needed, that he is still a deluded ****:
But we have got to stand tall....
 You wish!
