Thought I'd bump, they're up in front of the Conference again tomorrow for that suspended points deduction. I wonder if they've paid the wages + Crawley money. My prediction is that they haven't, but that the Conference won't deduct those 3 points despite saying that that's what would happen if the money wasn't paid.

Same! At first I chastised Farrell for a bad pass to no one because I couldn't actually see Tommo running ahead and then as when he was shaping up to shoot I had to guess whether he'd scored or not before it became obvious.

The single best part of that goal, other than the celebration, was Tommo's utter determination to score when the scum defender lunged into a desperate attempt to take him down with no intention of taking the ball. Tommo just stumbled, corrected his balance, and slammed it into the net.

Yep I think you may be right, a 3 point deduction is the least they deserve but my guessing is something will happen (i.e. they make up some bullsh!t excuse) and they won't get deducted points, just hope I'm wrong.

I hope the coneference hearing don't buy any more of the bullsh*t and stalling but I fear that K*ttering will get away with it again today.
The ET is reporting that George Rolls has a "agreed" a "payment deal" in which players have agreed for all outstanding debts to be paid by June 1.
The conference statement following the hearing in January stated:
"The club was also deducted three points from its league table score, but this part of the sanction is suspended until Tuesday, 28th February 2012, at which point the deduction will not be imposed, if all known football creditors at that time have been settled in cleared funds. For clarity, if all known football creditors have not been settled in full, as required by 28th February 2012, three points will be deducted forthwith."
Surely the conference board after issuing such a clear edict last time can't go back on it by accepting more reassurances about deals, promises and agreements, especially when they are coming from a man who, at this time, does not represent the club? Of course they can, this is the conference board we're talking about afterall but let's hope for common sense and justice.

I reckon they'd do better with half a dozen of those sausage rolls from last night than with George Rolls
