Ah the Maamria tackle, I can still remember the stud marks down Tarks calf now. Possibly the most ridiculous thing I have seen on a football field.

Quite what he was moaning to the ref about I have no idea, and quite how Garry Butterworth and Simon Parsell managed to prevent themselves from chinning the c**t I have even less of an idea!

To answer RTID's question, I think he faced the same punishment from the FA that Luton will receive for their fans' behaviour on Saturday.

Wow.

Surpised he was ever allowed to become employed at the football club after that. That is well and truly disgusting.

Was is the Southport game where the keeper tried to take on both of our strikers, beat one but then tried to do it again and ended up conceding a goal?

That was the first goal in that same game. A defender passed it back to the 'keeper just outside his box, Darby closed him down first but he managed to turn away from him, but then found Jacko bearing down on him. He tried to kick it clear but Jacko got his foot in and blocked the clearance then had the relatively simple (although very missable!) task of tapping the ball into an empty net from 25 yards.

Turley also dropped the ball at the feet of their striker for their goal.
