I think this thread needs a name change.

If Dale is leaving then I wish him all the best, a fantastic keeper and he'll be missed sorely.

If this is indeed true (and it looks like it probably is) then P*** T**** you are an absolute c**t. I have every faith that JE/KC will do the right thing for the club and remove this scum from it as soon as possible. Regardless of how good or bad the players involved are, I would still expect the club to get rid of any player who betrayed the trust of a team mate in such an appalling manner.
Whether that will be enough to convince Dale to stay I have no idea, but I really hope so. I'm sure the rest of the squad will be right behind him, and it goes without saying that amongst the supporters there are few, if any, more popular figures at the club than him. Hopefully this support will help Dale through what must be the most difficult period of his life so far and persuade him to stay, but if not then I'm sure we would all understand if he decided he wanted to move.

just my 2p wort:
funny how no one had mentioned the womans part in all of this.
JT must go, if all his fellow players are siding with dale then there's no room for him in the team.
cheer up dale. better to find out now she's untrustworthy than later. there's plenty more out there.

The title of this thread is absolutely disgraceful, given the topic of this thread.
I'm reserving judgement on this one until there is more information. Either way, the fallout certainly looks grim at the moment.

No, you are wrong.
P*** T**** must go, not John Terry!
The reason he has to go though, is not because all his fellow players are siding with Dale, but because he has done something despicable, and he has to pay the price of his perfidy. It is actually immaterial whether or not the other players side with Dale or Paul - if someone can shit on his own doorstep like that and gets away with it, he's a danger to the morale of the team and could undermine the manager's authority.
P*** T****, you are the weakest link.... goodbye!
SACK HIM, JEMS, SACK HIM!

What P*** T**** has allegedly done is worst than his brother as the girl in question is a team-mates CURRENT girlfriend....not an EX team-mates EX girlfriend (and seperated for a considerable time i believe).
Needless to say, i think that is the last we'll see of PT down Nene park, and to be honest i wouldn't have cared if he left at the end of the season anyway. There are far better midfielders out there at this standard without the turning circle of a cross channel ferry. I dont get how he has made some peoples 'favourite player' of the season status as i have been completely underwhelmed with him!
Roll on next season....with Dale still here!!

Without a doubt he should go, what a scum bag he is!
I know of a couple who help out at Diamonds, and they said that P*** T**** is Ignorant, and not very well liked around the club.

Woah, people are jumping to conclusions a bit here.....
Has anyone got confirmation of the story? Nobody knows whether its even true or not, how often do these newspapers publish articles that are 100% true, and not massively exaggerated in any way?....
Don't always believe what you read in the papers ;)
