Can't find a source for it, but I do remember reading that Luton could be docked points for what they did against York since they were punished for doing something against Bradford in 2009.

Did your scource say if York will be getting a punishment aswell? Have Wednesday been punished for their last home game against Palace?
If they both get points deducted it could be a title push this year,can't see Darlington or Grimsby bringing much to the table.
